To celebrate spring, La Cocina de Uruguay opens a shop at Maison Natan. “Vamos un picotear”!
Spring has arrived and the Belgian couturier invites an Uruguayan chef to sit at the table: to inaugurate the summer with the elegance of tastes and flavors, Édouard Vermeulen invited chef Edgar Carrasco, artist of the empanada, specialist in the cuisine of high quality Uruguayan and Argentine beef, to enhance their talents together.
Gourmet shopping and spontaneous buffets
Over the past two weeks, Maison Natan has offered its customers an exceptional tasting of empanadas, the traditional filled panzerotti found in Spain and Latin America. From 27 to 30 April, after the shops in Knokke and Brussels, it will be at the Natan store in Antwerp that we will be able to find a buffet at the ephemeral counter. Thus, customers can enjoy themselves admiring the new collection of the Couture House, while learning a new culture through its gastronomy.
Between travel and set-ups
He has been running a catering laboratory in Brussels for about 15 years, chef Edgar Carrasco will be present to tell his inspirations, meet gourmets, gourmets, aesthetes and share the colors of his horizons that we embrace with a bite, taking time to savor a culinary ritual . Unwinding the thread of South American cuisine through recipes interpreted to the taste of Belgian palates, its traditional and refined cuisine promotes conviviality, between two settings, as an invitation to travel.
La Cocina de Uruguay will be present in the NATAN boutique in Antwerp from 27 to 30 April.
