Benefits of applying: Students selected as beneficiaries will receive £10,000 year to cover living expenses and have access to chances for practical job experience in the sector.
The bursary will be provided to students enrolled in a multi-year degree program for each year of study, with the exception of those who are participating in a placement year.
Two equal payments of £5,000 will be made to scholarship awardees.
Students who move on to their following year of study will continue to receive the bursary.

A BSc in building surveying or a BSc in quantity surveying are available as undergraduate degrees from the institution, respectively.
